Important message about online account management, loan applications and making payments

From 9pm EDT on Thursday, June 29 to 6:30am EDT on Wednesday, July 5, Fairstone will be performing system updates that will affect online account management and online loan applications. During this time, you will not be able to log in to your online account, complete an online loan application or make a payment through online account management.

What if I have automatic payments set up through Fairstone’s online account management system?

Payments due July 1-7 will be processed on July 7 and backdated to the due date. Please ensure that sufficient funds are in your account for the payment to be completed; no further action is required on your part. 

If your payment is due between July 1-7, and you make an online payment by July 7, the payment will be backdated to your due date.

Can I make a payment through online banking?

Yes. Please set up “Fairstone” as a payee.

What if I make my payments in person?

Branches will be closed July 1-4 for Canada Day and the system updates. Payments due July 1-7 may be back-dated within that timeframe upon request to the branch employee assisting you with the payment.

How else can I make a payment?

If you wish, you may mail a cheque, bank draft, or money order to your local branch. Payments received on July 5 will be backdated to July 4.
