Celebrating summer at Peterborough Musicfest

Fairstone is proud to partner with Peterborough Musicfest to help keep the concerts admission-free and accessible to over 125,000 annual visitors.

It’s a music-filled summer for our Peterborough-area branches.

Fairstone Branch Managers Marion McKee (Peterborough) and Shane Berthelot (Lindsay), are spending their summer evenings volunteering at Peterborough’s 30th annual Musicfest, the summer-long concert series that runs along the shores of Little Lake in Del Crary Park, Peterborough.  As part of the festival popular bands, including the Kiefer Sutherland Band, Serena Ryder, Hey Rosetta and High Valley, perform in the park on Wednesday and Saturday nights from June 25-August 24.

Fairstone is proud to partner with Peterborough Musicfest to help keep the concerts admission-free and accessible to over 125,000 annual visitors. This year we are a Showcase Sponsor and were fortunate enough to be welcomed on-stage in front of the cheering crowd before the Kiefer Sutherland Band took the stage on June 29. But the fun doesn’t stop there! We’re spending Wednesdays and Saturdays until August 6 under our blue Fairstone tent, handing out drink koozies to concert-goers, celebrating music and summer with our neighbours.

Thank you, Peterborough Musicfest, for giving us an opportunity to participate in such a great event right in our community.
